This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you visit our website (the “Site”) and interact with our organization.
1. Information We Collect

B. Automatically Collected Information
- Website Analytics: We use tools to collect non-identifying information about how visitors use our Site. This includes details like your IP address, browser type, operating system, pages visited, and referring URLs.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

3. Donor Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy: Gift of Sight will not sell, rent, or trade our donors’ names, email addresses, physical addresses, or phone numbers with any other entity, nor will we send mailings to our donors on behalf of other organizations. This policy applies to all information received by Gift of Sight, both online and offline.

To operate our Site and manage our organization efficiently, we utilize select third-party service providers. These providers only have access to the personal information necessary to perform their functions and are obligated to protect it.

5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
Our Site uses “cookies” and similar tracking technologies (primarily through Google Analytics and HubSpot) to enhance your browsing experience. Cookies are small data files placed on your device. You can instruct your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent; however, some parts of our Site may not function properly if you disable them.
6. Data Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, please be aware that no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.
